		<description>As a longtime employee of Cinemark, I highly recomend you contact our Corporate office and let them know what happened. At the very least, ask for the theatre managers name and phone number and talk to him/her. Cinemark&#039;s #1 goal has always been complete customer satisfaction, and I know I speak for more than myself when I say it&#039;s embarassing to hear such news coming from another theatre. 

I&#039;m sure that if you contact either the manager or the corporate office, the situation will be handled quickly, politely and professionally.</description>
