NYC Observation

Everyone in this town smokes. The first thing you see most people do when they leave a building or a resturant (all smoke free BTW) is to pull out a pack of smokes (or bum one from a friend) and light up.
In fact, of the 10-15 people on my floor, I’m the only one that doesn’t smoke.
I guess the stress and tension of the Big City must eventually get to everyone…my first sign of time to move away is when I feel the need for a cigarette.

on 7/19/2005 at 5:54 pm it’s bogus that we can’t smoke at work. i would be so much more productive. and it sucks smoking in the extreme heat or cold. oh well, at least the yankees rawk!!!
